We regularly catch up to share ideas and work on our projects, and if you’ve got your own projects or ideas you’d like to work on or share, you’re very welcome to join us.
CNC Project
Every Sunday from 12pm – 3pm
The club has a Team of enthusiastic people including some visitors who are getting together on a regular basis to collaborate on building an ambitious CNC Router machine.
It is intended to have very flexible capabilities to cater for the wide range of member creativity and innovation. At the same time we are wanting a higher level of performance so the machine is being designed with good rigidity and tight clearances.
Lots of decisions are are being made toward this and all members and visitors are welcome to come along and get involved in the activity.

Micro Controller
Every Saturday from 11am until late
The Saturday Workshop is a “Creative Space”. It is a space to express your creativity. Its development depends on those who are involved and their interests. The workshops are centred around microcontrollers but are not limited to microcontrollers. If you are looking for a space that facilitates sharing of ideas and support, a place where you can express your creativity, then this group could be what you are looking for. The Workshop is an informal group, a place to work on your project, start a new project, or join a group project.
3D Printing
Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1pm -3pm
Join us and share successes and failures in the group. There is always something to learn. Suitable for beginners through to seasoned veterans. Just a love for 3D printing is all that is required.
One of the projects we will be working on is building a “DIY Kit” 3D Printer CoreXY and learning Klipper. Come and use the club’s Bambu P1S printer. We also have some bedslingers to borrow. If they are all out, you can go on the waiting list.
